Settings at a glance
Settings is a page of cards in four groups: your studio, booking and money, people, and reach. Each card is one thing to set up.
Where to find it: Settings
Owners and managers see every card. The front desk and teachers see only their own account and their calendar. Some cards show only to people who handle money, and Plan and billing and Team sign-ins show only to owners.
Your studio
- Brand: name, logo and colour, and your time zone.
- Studio details: currency, language, country, tax basis, contact and legal details.
- Locations and rooms: where classes happen, spot layouts, closures and door locks.
- Weekly classes: what repeats every week.
- Studio type and extras: switch on what your kind of studio needs.
Booking and money
- Booking rules: booking ahead, cancelling, no-shows and the waitlist.
- Payments: your own Stripe account and the ways clients can pay.
- Taxes: your VAT or sales tax rates.
- Certified invoices: for studios in Portugal.
- Plan and billing: your plan with us.
People
- Staff, Pay rules and Team sign-ins.
- Emails, Texting and WhatsApp and the Front desk assistant.
