Bringing saved cards across
Bring your members' saved cards across, so memberships and fees carry on without anyone entering their card again. Cards stay with Stripe, in your own Stripe account.

If your old system used your own Stripe account
- 1Connect that same Stripe account in Settings, Payments. Your members' cards are already in it.
- 2Choose My old system used my own Stripe account and press Check my Stripe account. Nothing changes and nobody is emailed by the check.
- 3Review the list: ready to bring across, need your choice, not found and no usable card.
- 4Confirm that your members agreed you could keep their card and charge it later, then press Bring N cards across (N is how many).
Each card is saved on the member's profile. Imported memberships carry on from their next payment date, and nothing is charged now. Each member gets an email and can remove their card in one tap.
If your old system kept the cards itself
Choose My old system kept the cards itself and press Start the request. We give you what to send your old system and what to tell Stripe, and a tracker for each step. Stripe usually answers within 3 working days and imports about 10 working days after it has the file. When it is done, upload the mapping file and check the cards.
