Plans, prices and changing plan

The plans

• Solo: €29 a month or €290 a year, plus VAT where it applies. 1 location and 2 staff seats. For a teacher or a small studio with one room.
• Studio: €69 a month or €690 a year, plus VAT where it applies. 1 location and 10 staff seats. For a busy studio with a full timetable and a team of teachers.
• Multi: €149 a month or €1,490 a year, plus VAT where it applies. Unlimited locations and 50 staff seats. For studios with more than one location.

No plan limits your members, and we take 0% of your bookings. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT. Businesses in the EU can add a VAT number at checkout. See Pricing for the full list of what every plan includes.

Choose a plan

1. 1Open Settings, then Plan and billing. Only the owner can change the plan.
2. 2Pick Monthly or Yearly at the top. Yearly shows the price for the year, with 2 months free.
3. 3Under Choose a plan, press the Choose button on the plan you want.
4. 4Add your card and press Start my plan.

A monthly plan is billed each month, a yearly plan once a year. Your receipt comes by email, and invoices appear on the same page with a Download PDF link. Each invoice shows the period it pays for.

Paying yearly

A year costs 10 times the monthly price, so 2 months free. It renews each year until you cancel, and we email every owner 30 days before each renewal with the amount and the date. If you cancel a yearly plan, it runs to the end of the year you paid for. We do not refund the rest of the year.

Switch plan

• Between monthly plans: press Switch to on another plan. The change is immediate, and we work out the difference for the rest of the month on your next invoice.
• From monthly to yearly: pick Yearly, then press Switch to, or Pay yearly on your own plan. Your year starts that day. We take the payment straight away, less a credit for the unused part of your month.
• To a bigger plan during a yearly plan: the change is immediate, and we charge the difference for the rest of your year straight away. Your renewal date stays the same.
• To a smaller plan during a yearly plan, or back to monthly: the change starts on your renewal date, and nothing is charged until then. Plan and billing shows the switch and its date, and Keep my current plan undoes it.

If you have more staff or locations than a smaller plan includes, we tell you how many to remove first. If your card is declined when a switch charges straight away, nothing changes. If your bank asks you to confirm the payment, Plan and billing shows that step, and your plan switches once your bank confirms.

Usage

The Usage card shows staff seats and locations used. A limit never takes anything down: it only stops adding more.

Your card

Press Update card to change it. There is no charge today. If a payment fails, the page asks you to update your card so nothing is interrupted.

Founding studios

The first 50 studios to pay for a plan become founding studios and keep our list prices of that day for as long as the workspace exists, including when you switch plan. Paying yearly costs 10 times the locked monthly price. The place is given automatically with your first payment, and Plan and billing shows it.
