Locations and rooms
Where your classes happen: locations, rooms with spot layouts, closures for holidays, and door locks that open from check-in.
Where to find it: Settings, Locations and rooms
Locations
- 1Press Add a location.
- 2Give it a Name and choose A place or Online.
- 3For a place, add the address and How to find it, which goes into confirmation emails.
- 4Check the Time zone and press Add location.
To close a location for good, open it and press Close for good. A studio needs at least one location, and you have to move or close the classes still on the timetable there first.
Rooms
Under a location, press Add a room. Give it a name and say how many people it holds. Switch on People pick a spot for mats, reformers or bikes: set rows and columns, how spots are called, and tap a spot on the map to switch it off for a pillar or a door. Then switch spot picking on for each class in the catalogue.
Close dates for holidays
- 1Press Close dates.
- 2Choose the First day and Last day, and where, if you have more than one location.
- 3Add a Reason. It goes into the email and onto the timetable.
- 4Leave Email everyone booked on, and press Close these dates.
Every class in those days is cancelled, credits go back, drop-ins are refunded and everyone booked is told. Removing a closure does not bring cancelled classes back.
Door access
Connect a smart lock (Kisi, Nuki, or a signed webhook to your own relay) and the door opens when a member's check-in code or QR is accepted at the front-desk tablet. Only people booked into a class whose check-in is open get in, and team members only while on shift. Only an owner can connect, test or remove a lock. The door log shows every try and why it opened or stayed shut.
