Tablets and website

Set up a check-in tablet at your front desk, and choose which websites can show your booking widgets.

Where to find it: Settings, Tablets and website

Add a check-in tablet

  1. 1Press Add a tablet.
  2. 2Give it a Name so you can tell tablets apart, like Front desk iPad. With more than one location, choose Where it stands.
  3. 3Press Make the link.
  4. 4Open the link on the tablet itself. We show it only once.

Anyone who has the link can check people in, so open it on the studio's own tablet and keep it to yourself. Press Remove and its link stops working straight away.

What clients see on the tablet

  • Check in: they type their name, or type or scan their check-in code from their account.
  • Classes today, and a welcome when they are checked in.
  • Check-in works from when it opens before the class (set in Booking rules) until the class ends.
  • If a door lock is connected, the door opens after a good check-in.

The same tablet has a staff clock: team members tap their name and type their PIN to clock in or out.

Websites that can show your widgets

Leave the list empty and any website can show your timetable and booking buttons. To allow only your own, type one website per line, like https://www.yourstudio.com, and press Save. Your own booking site always works. Your booking page and widgets

Owners and managers can change this page. The register's Kiosk link button can also make a tablet link.
