Studio details

The page has four cards. Press Edit on a card, change what you need and press Save. Owners and managers can change them.

Money and language

• Currency: every price, pass and order is in it. Change it before you sell anything.
• Language: the language you write in. Your public pages and emails offer it first.
• Country: sets sensible defaults for tax and payments.
• Prices include tax: on for the EU, UK and Australia, where the shelf price is what people pay. Off for the US and Canada, where tax is added at the till.

Time zone

Every class time is read in this zone. With more than one location, each has its own zone and this one is the studio's default.

Contact

Email, phone, WhatsApp, website and Instagram. They show on your booking pages and in the footer of every email.

Legal details

Company name, Tax number, Registered address and Refund policy. They are printed on receipts, so clients can claim your classes on expenses or insurance, and the refund policy shows on your policies page. Until you add a company name, the Settings card says Legal details missing.
