Your account and password
Change your password. Every role can do this from Settings, Your account.
Where to find it: Settings, Your account
- 1Open Settings and press Your account.
- 2Type your Current password, then the New password twice. It needs at least 10 characters. A short sentence is easy to remember and hard to guess.
- 3Press Change password.
Other devices are signed out. The one you are using stays signed in.
Forgotten your password?
- 1On the sign-in page, press Forgot password?.
- 2Type the email you sign in with and press Send me a link.
- 3Open the email, choose a new password and press Save and sign in. The link works for 60 minutes.
An owner of your studio can also send you a reset link from Settings, Team sign-ins.
