Your calendar (for teachers)
Connect your own Google Calendar. Your classes show up in it, and the times you are busy there stop you being booked for appointments.
Where to find it: Settings, Your calendar
- 1Open Settings and press Your calendar.
- 2Press Connect Google Calendar and sign in to Google.
- 3Your classes go into a calendar of their own in your Google account.
We read only when you are busy, never what your events say. Busy times stop clients booking you for appointments and show the studio a clash. Nothing is moved without a person deciding.
Clashes in the next 4 weeks lists any class that overlaps your own calendar, with a link to ask for cover. Press Disconnect any time: we remove the studio's calendar from your Google account and stop reading your busy times.
If your sign-in is not linked to a teacher profile yet, there are no classes to send. Ask the studio to link you.
