Export
Download your files from the old system. Each guide below shows where. Do this before you cancel: most systems close your data when the account ends.

Upload
Go to Settings, Import, pick your old system and upload every file at once. CSV or Excel, up to 4 MB each.

Check
We match the columns; tap a chip to change one. Then a dry run shows what will be created, what is skipped and why, and duplicates by email.

Bring them in
One press. Rows already imported are never added twice, and you can undo for 7 days.

- Clients, with names, emails, phones, birthdays and marketing consent
- Class packs, with the credits left and when they expire
- Memberships, with the next payment date
- Future bookings, matched to the same class on your new timetable
- Gift cards and waivers, where your old system exports them
What does not
- Saved cards: nobody can export these. Members add a card in their account before their next payment.
- Past visits and sales history.
- Cancelled memberships, empty or expired packs and past bookings. We skip these and tell you why.
How long it takes
Bringing the files in takes minutes. Getting them out depends on your old system: a free report download is immediate, while Mindbody's paid export takes about five business days according to other software companies' guides. Build your timetable first, so future bookings have a class to land in.
