Importing from another system
Bring clients, packs, memberships, future bookings and gift cards from Mindbody, Momence, Momoyoga, Glofox, Arketa, bsport, Algarve Circle or a spreadsheet (CSV or .xlsx). Or ask us to do it for you, free.
Where to find it: Settings, Import
You see exactly what will happen before anything is added, and you can undo an import for 7 days. Owners and managers can import.
Ask us to do it
Rather not do it yourself? Press Ask us to do it, tell us what you use today, roughly how many clients you have and when you would like to switch, then press Send the request. We reply by email within one working day to plan the move with you. It costs nothing, and nothing comes in until you have seen the check and said yes.
Do it yourself
- 1Under Where are you moving from?, pick your system. We show the exact exports to take from it. Press I have my files.
- 2Upload your files: CSV or .xlsx, up to 4 MB each and up to 12 at a time. An older .xls file needs saving as .xlsx or CSV first. Upload them all and we work out which is which.
- 3Check the columns. If a file shows fewer matched columns than it has, tap the chip and choose what each column is, or Leave out.
- 4Press Check. The dry run shows new clients, packs, memberships, future bookings, gift cards and waivers, and the rows we cannot bring in and why.
- 5If future bookings are for classes not on your timetable yet, create them from the check with one tap, then check again.
- 6Press Bring them in. Nobody is emailed. People sign in with their email when they next book.
After an import
- Clients you already had are matched, not added twice.
- Members whose card did not come across are tagged needs card in Clients, with the date of their first payment.
- Undo this import removes what it added and nothing has touched since. Clients who booked or bought in the meantime stay, and we tell you who.
Export from your old system before you cancel it. Some systems switch off access on your last billing date.
Moving members who pay by card? Bringing saved cards across. Our switching guides explain each system's exports in detail.
