• Monthly or yearly memberships with limits like 8 a month or twice a week, minimum terms, freezes and guest passes.
• When a membership payment fails you see it on Today, and the client can keep booking for 7 days while they update their card.

Payments and point of sale

• Clients pay in our payment box on your own pages, straight into your Stripe account. We take 0% of bookings.
• Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus local methods your Stripe account offers, like SEPA Direct Debit, iDEAL or Bancontact.
• Sell at the desk: passes, drop-ins and products, by saved card, cash or your own card terminal.
• Products with stock counts, discount codes, refunds and receipts.
• Prices with VAT included or added on top, with as many tax rates as you need.

Campaigns, automations and Fill this class

• Email campaigns to the people who matter: new clients, lapsed members, everyone holding a pack, or any group you build.
• 13 ready-made automations: Welcome, First booking tips, After the first class, Pack running low, Pass expiring soon, Intro offer ending, Win back a cancelled member, We miss you, Birthday, Milestones, Review request, Lead with no booking and Waitlist missed out.
• Fill this class invites the people most likely to come to a class with space in the next 48 hours.
• Marketing only goes to people who agreed to it, never at night, and everyone can unsubscribe from any email.
• Tasks for the team, like a call to make when a membership payment fails.

Reports and payroll

• 16 reports: revenue, sales by item, discount codes, passes liability, attendance, fill rate, waitlist demand, bookings by source, new clients and conversion, retention, members and churn, lifetime value, at-risk members, teacher payroll and an accountant export.
