Your booking page and widgets
Every studio gets its own booking site. Publish it from the guided setup, and add the timetable to your own website with one line of code.
Where to find it: Set up your studio, Your booking page; Settings, Tablets and website
Your booking site
Every studio gets a booking site of its own. Its address ends in /s/ followed by your studio's short name, and you can see it on the Your booking site card in Settings and in the guided setup. It has your timetable, prices, classes, teachers, workshops, private sessions, gift cards and an about page, in your colour and with your logo. Clients book and pay there, and sign in to see their bookings and passes.
Publish it
- 1Open Set up your studio and go to Your booking page.
- 2Write a Headline, the first line people read, and a few words about the studio.
- 3Press Publish and continue. The badge changes from Not yet live to Live.
Until it is published, anyone who opens it sees This page is not open yet. To take it offline again, come back to the same step and press Switch off. To open it as your clients see it, use the Your booking site card in Settings.
Put the timetable on your own website
Paste this line where you want the timetable to appear. Replace the dots with the start of your booking site's address (everything before /s/), and your-studio with your studio's short name (the part after /s/):
<script src="https://…/embed.js" data-studio="your-studio" data-widget="timetable" async></script>- data-widget can be timetable, pricing or appointments.
- Add data-lang to choose the language, for example data-lang="nl".
- A button with data-kinhour-book="your-studio" opens booking over your page.
The widget grows to fit its content and covers the screen while someone books. It sets no cookies on your website.
Choose which websites can show it
By default any website can show your widgets. To allow only your own, list them under Websites that can show your widgets in Settings, Tablets and website. Your own booking site always works. Tablets and website
