Going live
A short check before you tell your clients: payments on, rules set, booking page published, and a test booking made by you.
There is no single go-live switch. Your studio is live when your booking page is published and clients can pay. Before you share the link, run through these checks.
- 1Payments. Settings, Payments shows Payments on. If it offers Finish setup on Stripe, Stripe still needs some details. Payments and Stripe
- 2Prices. Every class is covered by a pass or has a drop-in price. A class page warns you when nobody can book it.
- 3Booking rules. The free cancellation time, any late or no-show fees, and the waitlist are how you want them. Booking rules
- 4Emails. Replies go to an address you read, and the reminders are set. Emails
- 5Legal details and refund policy. Printed on receipts and your policies page. Studio details
- 6Privacy policy. Add the address of your own policy. Privacy
- 7Booking page. Published, and showing Live. Your booking page and widgets
- 8A test booking. Open your booking site on your phone, sign in with your own email and book a class, then cancel it from your account.
- 9Your team. Everyone who works the desk or teaches can sign in. Team sign-ins and roles
Then share your booking site's link, add the widget to your website, and tell your clients. If you imported, they sign in with the email you already had for them.
