Passes and prices

Open Catalogue, then Prices, and press New price. Choose Pack of classes, Membership or Gift card. As you fill it in, a plain-English summary shows what clients will get.

Packs of classes

• Classes: a number, or Unlimited.
• Valid for: how many days. Leave it blank and it never expires. Counted from the first booking starts the clock when they first book.
• Renews itself: buys a new pack when it runs out, with the client's agreement at checkout.
• Pay what you can from: a sliding scale with a lowest price.

Memberships

• Charged every: weeks, months or years.
• Classes per period: unlimited, or a number a day, week or month.
• Minimum term, Free trial, Joining fee, and whether it Can be put on hold.
• Unused classes roll over, if you want them to.

Intro offers

An intro offer is a pack or membership with First-timers only switched on. Only people who never bought or booked before can buy it. Use Each person may buy to limit it to one.

What it covers and how it sells

• What it covers: kinds of class, chosen categories or chosen classes, and locations.
• On sale: switch it off to stop selling while existing holders keep theirs.
• On the public price list: switch it off to sell it only at the desk or by link.
• Tax rate, and dates to Sell from and Sell until.

A price keeps its kind once saved, because people may already hold it. To change a pack into a membership, archive it and make a new one. Archived prices stay with the people who hold them.

Drop-in prices are set on each class in the catalogue, not on the price list. Gift cards are sold from Sales, and discount codes live there too.
