Classes and the timetable
Add classes, courses, appointments and events to the catalogue, then put them on the timetable as weekly classes or one-off sessions.
Where to find it: Catalogue, and Timetable
Add something to the catalogue
- 1Open Catalogue and press New.
- 2Choose what it is: Class, Appointment, Course or Event.
- 3Give it a Name, a Category, a Length and how many Places it has. An appointment is always for one person.
- 4Add a Drop-in price if people can pay for one class. Leave it blank if it is for pass holders only.
- 5Press Add. Its own page opens, where you can add a description, level, image, a form before the first booking, and booking rules that differ from the studio's.
If no pass covers a class and it has no drop-in price, nobody can book it. The class page warns you when that happens.
Put it on the timetable every week
A weekly class puts a session on the timetable every week, 90 days ahead, ready to book. Open Timetable, press Weekly classes, then New weekly class. Weekly classes in detail
A one-off session
- 1Open Timetable and press New session.
- 2Choose the Class, the Room, the Date and when it Starts at. Set how long it Lasts and how many people it Takes.
- 3Choose a Teacher if you know who teaches it.
- 4Press Add to timetable. It is open for booking straight away.
We refuse a session that would clash: a room that is taken, a teacher who is already teaching, or a day the studio is closed. Appointments are not placed on the timetable. Clients book them into a teacher's appointment hours instead. Staff
