The guided setup: nine steps

While setup is not finished, Today shows a card with how many of the nine steps are done and what comes next. Owners and managers can open it. You can also find it by searching for Set up your studio.

The essentials

1. 1Your studio. Name, colour, logo, country, currency, language, time zone and whether prices include tax. Choosing a country fills in sensible defaults that you can change.
2. 2Location and rooms. Where classes happen. Give each room a name and how many people fit, and switch Spots on for mats, reformers or bikes people pick. Tick We also teach online to add an online location.
3. 3Your classes. Tap the classes you teach from the templates, or add your own under Something else. Length, capacity and colour come filled in.
4. 4Teachers. A name is enough. Tick I teach classes too if you teach. Nobody is emailed at this step: you invite people to sign in later from their staff page.
5. 5Weekly timetable. Pick a class, then tap the week where it runs. Each tap makes a weekly class with sessions 90 days ahead.
6. 6Prices. Starting points for a drop-in, a 5 and 10 class pack, an unlimited monthly membership and a two-week intro offer. Change the amounts before you add them.

When the six essentials are done the page says Your studio is ready. Everything you set here can be changed later in Settings and the catalogue.
