How clients book
Clients pick a class on your booking site or widget, sign in with a code sent to their email, and pay with a pass or buy one. No password needed.
Where to find it: Your booking site
- 1They open your booking site or the timetable on your website, and tap a class.
- 2They see what the class is like, where it is, the places left and your cancellation policy.
- 3They type their email and we send a 6-digit code. It works for 10 minutes. A first-time email becomes a new client.
- 4New clients add their name, and choose whether to hear your news and offers.
- 5If the class needs a form or waiver, they read it and sign by typing their full name, once.
- 6They choose how to pay: one of their passes, or buy a pack, a membership, an intro offer or a single class.
- 7They pick a spot if the class has spots, or leave it to the teacher.
Then they see You're in, with buttons to add it to their calendar, get directions and share the class. We email the booking to them.
When a class is full
They can join the waitlist. Depending on your Booking rules, we book them in automatically when a place opens, or email them an offer they accept before it passes to the next person. Booking rules
Paying
Card details go straight to the payment provider, and the money goes to your own Stripe account. While they pay, their place is held for 15 minutes. If Stripe is not connected yet, online purchases are switched off and clients are asked to contact you. Payments and Stripe
If your booking site is not published, clients see This page is not open yet. If your plan has ended and the grace period is over, they see Online booking is closed for now. When the free trial ends
