The Today page
Today's classes, who is coming, and what needs you, with buttons to add a client, sell and book someone in.
Where to find it: Today
Today is the first page you see when you sign in. It refreshes by itself every minute or so.
- Today's classes: each one with who is booked, who is here, and badges for Now, In 10 min and Cancelled. Tap a class to open its register.
- Needs you: failed membership payments, classes needing cover, classes below their minimum, low stock, first-timers without a waiver, and waitlists.
- First visits today and Birthdays.
- The numbers at the top: booked today, bookings this week, money taken this week and new clients.
The buttons
- Add client: add someone new to your clients.
- Sell: opens Sales to sell a pass, membership, drop-in or product. Selling at the desk
- Book a client: books someone into a class. Walk-ins and booking someone in
Teachers see Your classes today instead. If a teacher's sign-in is not linked to their staff profile yet, Today says so: an owner links them from the staff page.
