When the free trial ends
The trial runs for 14 days with everything switched on. If you do not choose a plan, adding new things pauses, booking pages stay open 30 more days, and nothing is deleted.
Where to find it: Settings, Plan and billing
Your trial starts when you create your studio and lasts 14 days. No card is needed. Plan and billing shows how many days are left, and a banner reminds you in the last three days.
If you do not choose a plan
- Your studio turns read-only: you can still see and export everything, but adding new things is paused.
- Your booking pages stay open for 30 more days, so clients can still book. Then online booking pauses until you choose a plan.
- Nothing is deleted for 12 months. We email every owner a month and a week before, and one click keeps it longer.
