Reviews and Google
Clients rate a class after they come. Then they can post the same review on your Google listing with one tap. You see how many did.
Where to find it: Marketing, Reviews
- 1In Marketing, Automations, switch on Review request. An hour after a class, everyone who came gets a one-tap rating.
- 2In Marketing, Reviews, press Edit on Where clients post a review and paste your Google review link. In your Google Business Profile, choose Ask for reviews and copy the link.
- 3Add up to two other review sites if you like, such as Tripadvisor or Facebook.
After rating, every client sees the same Post it on Google button, whatever the stars. Only the thank-you above it changes: a rating under 4 stars is thanked as feedback you will read. We copy what they wrote, so they can paste it on Google. They post it themselves; we never post anything for them.
Google's rules
Google does not allow businesses to ask only happy clients for reviews, or to offer anything in return for one. So every client who rates sees the same button, and the review request goes to everyone who came. Do not offer a discount or a free class for a review.
Your numbers
Reviews shows the last 30 days: ratings and their average, how many were invited to post, how many went to Google, and how many were under 4 stars. Each rating shows whether that client clicked through.
Switch on a rating with words to show it in the Reviews section of your Kinhour site.
