Each automation is ready to go. Switch one on and it starts with the next person it applies to. Nothing from the past is replayed.

• Welcome, and First booking tips: for people who just joined or just booked for the first time.
• After the first class: a how was it, then the membership offer before the intro ends.
• Pack running low, Pass expiring soon and Intro offer ending.
• We miss you, Win back a cancelled member and Lead with no booking.
• Birthday, which can give a pass, and Milestones at 10, 50 and 100 classes.
• Review request, an hour after a class.
• Waitlist missed out: offers the next class with space.
• Failed payment: staff task, which adds a task for a person after 3 days.

Press Edit to change the words, the waits and the numbers, like how many classes left counts as running low. Steps can wait, send an email, a notification or a text, add a task, add a tag or give a pass. Each card shows whether it goes to everyone, like a booking email, or only to people with marketing consent, and what stops it, such as booking or buying.

Automations reach people between 08:00 and 21:00 in your time zone. Runs shows who it reached and what happened at each step.
