Referrals
- 1Open Referrals and press Set it up.
- 2Choose what the friend gets and what the member gets: free classes or credit.
- 3Choose when a friend counts: after their first class or their first purchase.
- 4Set how long free classes stay valid and how many rewards a member can earn a year.
Every member gets a link in their account. Friends count once, only when they are new to the studio and not in the member's own household.
Challenges and milestones
Press Challenge to ask for a number of classes between two dates, or Milestone to celebrate a class count. Choose which classes count and an optional reward. Everyone takes part automatically, and members see their progress in their account.
