Your classes and rosters today, the week ahead, the time clock, your pay this period, and the sub requests board.
Where to find it: My day; Sub requests
- Today: the classes you teach. Tap one to see who is coming and check them in.
- This week: your classes in the days ahead.
- Time clock: Clock in, Break and Clock out.
- My pay this period: classes taught, hours on the clock and commission so far.
- Cover: classes that need a teacher.
Ask for cover
- 1Press Ask for cover and choose the class.
- 2Add a note for the cover teacher if you like, and press Ask for cover.
Every teacher sees it on the sub requests board and can press I'll cover it. A manager confirms it, and everyone booked is told the teacher changed.
If My day says your sign-in is not linked to a staff profile, ask a manager to link it from your profile under Staff.
