Commissions
What the team earns on what they sell at the desk, worked out after discounts and without tax, and taken back when a sale is refunded.

- 1Press Add a rule.
- 2Choose Who earns it: everyone who sells, or one person.
- 3Choose what it is On: all retail products, one product category, passes and memberships, or everything they sell.
- 4Set How much: a percent of the price, or a fixed amount per item.
- 5Press Save. It applies to sales from then on.
At the till, choose who made the sale under Sold by. The most specific rule pays: a rule for the person beats one for everyone, and a category beats all products. Tips, fees and gift cards never earn commission.
When a sale is refunded, its commission is taken back in proportion. The page shows what was earned, taken back and owed this period, and Payroll includes it.
