Cancelling your plan
There is no contract. Cancel in one click and you are not charged again. Your plan runs to the end of the month or year you paid for, with no refund for the rest of it.
Where to find it: Settings, Plan and billing, Cancel plan
- 1Open Settings, then Plan and billing.
- 2Press Cancel plan. We show what happens and when.
- 3Press Cancel at period end.
- No more charges. We do not refund the rest of the month or year you paid for.
- Your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Everything works as now.
- Then your studio turns read-only. You can still see and export everything.
- Booking pages stay open 30 more days, then online booking pauses.
- Nothing is deleted for 12 months, unless an owner closes the workspace.
Changed your mind before the period ends? Press Keep my plan. Switching to another plan also keeps your plan running. Cancelling drops a switch you booked for your renewal date.
